We focus on critical filtration aspect where we collect the wastewaters from utility equipment such as Cooling towers, Boiler blowdowns, ETP treated water & treat it with adequate physiochemical solutions before feeding it to our stream of solution which generally includes PSF – ACF – UF – NF – RO-I – RO-II which results in the recovery of upto 93% of wastewater which can be reused in the production process while the rejected/contaminated 7% is fed to the MEE (Multi Effect Evaporator) or MVR (Mechanical Vapour Recompressor) for evaporation.

Pressure sand filters (PSF) & Activated carbon filters (ACF)
- PSF eliminates suspended solids & turbidity from canal, river, ETP, and STP water.
- Capacity ranges from 1 m³/hr up to 250 m³/hr.
- Automated with pressure drop sensors and a backwash mechanism.
- ACF reduces chlorine, odour, colour, COD, and BOD.
- Capacity ranges from 1 m³/hr up to 250 m³/hr.
- Automated backwash based on pressure drop (via differential pressure switch), flow reduction (via flow sensors), and timers.
Critical Filtration
Ultra-filtration system
- Ultimate reduction in TSS, turbidity, silt density index (SDI), colloidal silica, pathogens, bacteria, viruses, and overall microbial content.
- Filtration of pre-treated water down to 0.02–0.04 microns, ensuring optimal performance of the next-stage membrane filtration system.
- Capacity ranges from 1 m³/hr up to 100 m³/hr.
- Automated chemically enhanced backwash and auto-dosing based on the chemical composition of the feed water.
Nano-filtration system
- Highly effective in treating high COD and BOD water.
- Efficient removal of divalent ions and compounds.
- Operates on a principle similar to reverse osmosis (RO), with slightly larger pore sizes that allow selective passage of specific elements.
- Ideal for selective recovery and separation applications.
- Capacity ranges from 1 m³/hr up to 10 m³/hr.
- Fully automated with self-actuating valves integrated with a wide range of online sensors.
