Purified Water Storage & Loop Distribution

Once generated, PW and WFI must be held and delivered without compromise. Ahura Aqua builds electropolished SS316L storage and recirculating loop distribution systems that hold microbial growth at bay and deliver consistent quality to every point of use.

Designed to ASME / BPE with zero dead legs, 100% drainability and continuous auto-recirculation—sanitised by steam or hot water at any time.

PW & WFI Storage

  • Electropolished SS316L tanks with heat jacket, automated for steam sanitization.
  • Sanitary fittings – in-house orbital welding with bore-scope & videography certification.
  • Instrumentation to maintain & control temperature, conductivity, flow & other critical values.
  • Auto-circulation mode actuated by level sensors, conductivity meters & sophisticated alarm systems.
  • Critical design parameters: peak-load handling, return-line velocity and 100% drainability.

PW & WFI Loop Distribution

  • Electropolished SS316L tubes with steam or hot water sanitization ensure elimination of microbial colonies.
  • Piping logic & flow is meticulously designed for each user point with zero dead legs.
  • Auto circulation mode actuated by online conductivity meters.
  • Post UF system ensures up to 6 kDa MWCO compared to the EU/USP 10 kDa.
  • Peak consumption; maintain accurate sloping degrees for return line velocity.
  • ASME/BPE guidelines are followed with stringent QC structures within the organization.
