Ahura Aqua designs and manufactures ozonation systems for disinfection, oxidation and colour / odour removal across drinking water, wastewater, cooling-tower, food & beverage, laundry and CIP applications.

Ozone is generated on-site & on-demand, so there is no hazardous chemical to store, transport or handle.

WHY OZONE

The Strongest Broad-Spectrum Oxidant, On Demand

Ozone is roughly 1.5× stronger than chlorine, effective across a far wider range of micro-organisms and acting much faster than conventional disinfectants.

Generated on-site with nothing hazardous to store, it leaves no residue — surplus ozone decomposes back to oxygen, so treated water carries no taste, odour or by-product burden.

HOW IT WORKS

01 On-Site Generation

Dry air or concentrated oxygen passes through a corona-discharge (or PEM) generator to produce ozone on demand — nothing hazardous to store, transport or handle.

02 Dissolution & Contact

Ozone gas is drawn into the water through a venturi injector or fine-bubble diffuser inside a stainless-steel contact tank, where it oxidises and disinfects on contact.

03 Off-Gas Destruction & Monitoring

Residual ozone above the tank is broken down by a thermal or catalytic destructor before venting; dissolved- and ambient-ozone monitors keep the dose and working environment under control.

O₃ → O₂

Surplus ozone decomposes back to oxygen — no residue, no taste, odour or by-product burden.
